Flourish
Flourish is an independent living center designed to empower individuals to grow within a supportive, inclusive environment. Emphasizing stability, comfort, and opportunity, it nurtures independence while fostering community. Collaborating with my partner, Amanda Wegener, we developed the concept, design, and presentation—she curated information and layout, while I selected materials, furnishings, and created renderings. Together, we envisioned a space that inspires confidence, dignity, and the freedom to live fully and independently.

Flourish is an independent living center designed to empower individuals through stability, comfort, and community. My partner, Amanda Wegener, and I collaborated on the concept, design, and presentation layout—she developed the space planning, while I curated materials, furnishings, and renderings. Together, we created a space that encourages independence, connection, and personal growth.
Located at Main and Kossuth in Lafayette, Indiana, Flourish serves a low-income community where 41% of residents live below the poverty line. The area faces limited access to education, mental health care, and recreation. As part of the city’s 5 Points revitalization effort, Flourish aims to collaborate with organizations like Lafayette Transitional Housing and the Excel Center to better support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their caretakers.
